At D.O.D Radiotecnología e Imágenes, our mission is to expand access to vital diagnostic imaging for underserved communities in Honduras, with a primary focus on the Francisco Morazán region. As a nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to providing free, high-quality X-ray services to individuals who lack the financial means to afford them.
We believe that every person—regardless of economic circumstance—deserves access to accurate and timely medical imaging that can save lives and enhance the quality of care. By partnering with local communities, supporting healthcare providers, and mobilizing the generosity of donors, we aim to bridge the healthcare gap with compassion, clarity, and commitment.

For Patients
How to Prepare
Before your visit, please bring any prescriptions or medical referrals related to your exam. If you haven’t sent your referral yet, make sure to bring it with you at the time of your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing and follow any specific preparation instructions you may have received (e.g., fasting or arriving with a full bladder). If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to contact us in advance.
Insurance & Payment
We currently accept cash or direct payment at the clinic on the day of your appointment. If you have any questions about pricing or what’s included, feel free to reach out to us before your visit.
We are also working on future partnerships with local insurance providers and expanding our nonprofit services. Stay connected with us for updates and free care opportunities.
